Our education law services cover early learning & childcare; primary education and secondary education.

Our focus and priority is on assisting the families of children with additional support needs and/or disabilities. We can provide the highest quality legal advice and representation to pupils, parents and families who require assistance in resolving disputes with educational establishments (whether local authority, voluntary sector or independent).

We are proud to be part of the national My Rights, My Say project for children with additional support needs aged 12 to 15.

We also provide education law services, including training, second-tier advice and mentoring, to the voluntary sector and to educational establishments who want to know how best to comply with their legal duties. We cover most aspects of education law, including:
